Guava offers cancellation at any time on any subscription licenses products including Microsoft products with no contract cancellation penalties.
A refund of the remaining eligible period of your subscriptions will be issued and an email to notify you that “we have received your cancellation and issued the refund” will be sent to you as confirmation.
The refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to either your original method of payment or Guava store credit based on your choice, within 48 hours.
Refunds to store credit reflect immediately on your account. However, if you choose to refund to your original method of payment, it will take up to 5 business days to show up on your bank statement or online banking.
Note: One-time purchases products refunds are subject to the vendor policy.
A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total, which goes in full toward the bank transaction fees.
